Notice for Current UA Students

This form is intended for prospective undergraduate students interested in campus tours of our engineering programs.

If you are a current University of Arizona student (not in engineering) and wish to change your major to engineering, please do not complete this form.

Instead, follow the instructions at:

advising.engr.arizona.edu/

Our advisors will help you navigate the process of switching to an engineering major.

Please provide the specific date or range of dates you are available for a visit, as well as your preferred start and end times for those days. Ambassadors can only accommodate tours Monday through Friday, and all requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance. If you are flexible, you may offer multiple one-hour time slots or broader time windows to help us match your request to an available ambassador.

When providing availability, please note:

Tour Availability: Ambassadors are available Monday–Friday only (no weekends).
Advance Notice: A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to arrange your tour.
*Scheduling Tips*: Giving a few time windows (example: “anytime between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM” or “10:00–11:00 AM, 2:00–3:00 PM”) helps us match you with an ambassador.
Group Size: Tours are intended for prospective students and their families (maximum group size: 5).
Accessibility: If you have any special accommodation needs, please let us know, we are here to help!
Confirmation: After you submit your request, a College of Engineering representative will reach out once a tour guide has been secured to confirm your visit and provide next steps, or to help you identify alternatives if needed.
